Our narrow band Ultraviolet A/Ultraviolet B offers the latest advance in using these wavelengths to treat these conditions.  In addition, a laser is available for small or difficult spots.  Narrow band UVB is a much safer wavelength than broad band UVB, it works faster and can to lead to longer remissions than broadband UVB.
