About Dr. Farley
Dr. Mary Farley graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1985. She attended medical school at The University of South Dakota School of Medicine from 1986 through 1989. After an internship in Internal Medicine at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, Dr. Farley completed Dermatology residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center from 1992 through 1995. She completed her Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology training at Brooke Army Medical Center in 1999.
After finishing her Mohs Fellowship, Dr. Farley served the US Army as Director of Dermatologic and Mohs surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. She served both as the Army’s Assistant Program Director for the combined Air Force-Army Dermatology Residency Program and Assistant Department Chief, Department of Dermatology, Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX until 2002. Dr. Farley joined Dr. Barry Leshin and Dr. John Albertini at The Skin Surgery Center in February of 2003.
She is an Associate of the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology, a Fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology and a Member of the Association of Academic Dermatologic Surgeons.
